Blue Mountains

Project Description

A new build in the Blue Mountains of Sydney. The clients engaged nkt architecture PTY Ltd to undertake not only the design of their new home, but to see the build through to handover.

Following design development and DA approval for this custom design home, nkt architecture undertook tender negotiations and construction documentation on behalf of the clients.

While under construction, the building contract is being administered by the team at nkt architecture. Building works are inspected on site fortnightly, meetings are coordinated at the office, and progress claims assessed. Timing, budget, and architectural and engineering plans are taken into consideration throughout this process to ensure integrity of the design during construction.
