Annangrove Residence – Semi Rural Historical Renovation
Project Description
This project started with an existing stone house, which dated back approximately 100 years on semi rural property in Annangrove.
The clients fell in love with the serene natural bush setting of the site and desired to increase the size of the existing residence, whilst maintaining the rustic nature and historical quality of the existing home.
The design involved providing an additional wing to the existing house and adjoining new 3 car garage. The rooms to the new wing all opened out with French doors on to a large wrap around verandah, providing a connection between a previously introverted house to the large natural bush setting of the site.
